This is to give you notice that the Title Companies have an affiliate business relationship with The Real Brokerage Inc., One Real Mortgage Corp., and the following real estate brokers (collectively, the “Real Brokers”): Real Broker, LLC; Real Broker Commercial, LLC; Real Brokerage Technologies, Inc.; Real Brokerage Technologies LFRO, Inc.; Real Broker LFRO LLC; Real Broker AZ, LLC; Real Broker CT, LLC; Real Broker MA, LLC; Real Broker NE, LLC; Real Broker NH, LLC; Real Broker NH, LLC; and Real Broker NY, LLC. The nature of the business relationship is that these companies are corporate affiliates.

The Real Brokerage Inc. 100% wholly owns the following entities:  One Real Mortgage Corp., The Real Escrow of California, Inc., The Real Open Escrow Company, Inc., The Real Title Mountain West, LLC, and the Real Brokers, except Real Broker Commercial, LLC. The Real Brokerage Inc. owns a majority of the following entities: The Real Title Agency, LLC (55%); The Real Title Open Group, LLC (55%); Expetitle Closing Agents, LLC (51%); Beycome Title, LLC (51%); Real Broker Commercial, LLC (75%).

Because of this relationship, utilizing the services of one of these affiliates may provide one or more of the Title Companies a financial or other benefit. The listed providers can provide you with information about the estimated charge or range of charges for the settlement services they provide. You are NOT required to use the listed providers as a condition for settlement of your loan on or purchase, sale, or refinance of the subject property. THERE ARE FREQUENTLY OTHER SETTLEMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS AVAILABLE WITH SIMILAR SERVICES.
