Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure Statement

The Real Brokerage Inc. has a business relationship with the entities listed below.  The nature of the business relationship is that these entities are corporate affiliates.
 
Specifically, The Real Brokerage Inc. owns, directly or indirectly, a 100% interest in Real Broker, LLC; Real Broker Alaska, LLC; Real Brokerage Technologies LFRO Inc.; Real Broker LFRO, LLC; Real Pipe LLC; Real Technology Broker Ltd; Real Broker AZ, LLC; Real Broker NE, LLC; Real Broker NH LLC; Real Broker NH, LLC; Real Broker NY, LLC; Real Brokerage Technologies, Inc.; Real Broker BC Ltd; Real Broker AB Ltd; Real Broker ON Ltd; Real Broker Ontario Ltd; Real Broker Manitoba Ltd; Real Broker SK Ltd; and a 75% interest in Real Broker Commercial, LLC; and a 49% interest in Real Broker MA, LLC and Real Broker CT, LLC (collectively, the “Brokerage Entities”).
 
In addition, The Real Brokerage Inc. owns, indirectly, a 100% interest in One Real Mortgage Corp.

Additionally, The Real Brokerage Inc. owns, directly or indirectly, a 100% interest in the following entities: One Real Title Inc.; One Real Escrow Services, Inc.; One Real Title Manager, LLC; Expetitle Abstract Group, LLC; The Real Title Closing Services, LLC; The Real Title Open Agency LLC; The Real Title Great Lakes, LLC; and 55% interest in Real Title Elite Solutions, LLC; The Real Open Escrow Holding Company, LLC, The Real Open Escrow of California, Inc.; The Real Escrow Holding Company LLC; Stratis Escrow Inc.; The Real Title Agency, LLC; The Real Title Open Group, LLC; and The Real Title Mountain West LLC; and a 51% interest in Beycome Title, LLC and Expetitle Closing Agents, LLC.

Because of this relationship, utilizing the services of one of these affiliates may provide The Real Brokerage Inc. or its affiliates a financial or other benefit.

The listed providers can provide you information about the estimated charge or range of charges for the settlement services they provide. You are not required to use the listed providers as a condition for settlement of your loan on or purchase, sale, or refinance of the subject property. There are frequently other settlement service providers available with similar services. You are free to shop around to determine that you are receiving the best services and the best rate for these services.
